1、 Maintenance

1 adjustment of guide rail

Place the machine normally, pull the feed handle so that the sliding part can slide freely, and adjust the 5 set screws on the side of the handle box to reduce the dovetail slot gap. Through such adjustment, the sliding part can slide freely without too much relaxation.

2 adjustment of drill pipe bracket

Loosen the two fixing screws on the drill pipe bracket, start the machine, observe the swing of the drill pipe bracket, and tighten the fixing screws of the drill pipe bracket when the swing Z is small.

3 maintenance of gasoline engine

Please refer to the operation manual of gasoline engine.

2、 Safety code

1. Wear protective glasses, gloves and other protective articles during operation.

2. Before drilling, check whether the machine operates normally, whether the drill bit is clamped, and clean the residual chips in the drill bit. Check whether the cooling system is normal.

3. Do not touch the exhaust pipe and cylinder block of gasoline engine to avoid scalding.

4. When refueling the machine, stop the machine and wait for it to cool down. Keep away from the fire source. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

5. The two-stroke gasoline engine uses the mixture of gasoline and engine oil as fuel, and pure gasoline is prohibited.

6. After the gasoline engine is started and before shutdown, it must run at low speed without load for 3 ~ 5 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to run at high speed with large throttle without load and stop suddenly during high-speed operation.
