1、 Maintenance and repair
1. If the machine is out of service for more than one month or before the first use, clean the external surface of the machine, add grease to the lubricating parts, check the insulation state of the motor, and check all fastening parts to ensure that they are complete and fastened in good condition.
2. Test run shall be conducted before daily operation to observe whether there is abnormal noise or large vibration. If it is found, it shall be handled in time.
3. Frequently check the wear degree of the grinding wheel. Generally, when the remaining 1 / 3 thickness is used, the grinding wheel shall be replaced immediately.
4. Clean the whole machine after daily operation, especially remove the accumulated debris in the grinding wheel cover, the inner side of the guard wheel and the outer surface of the profiling wheel, and tighten the loose fasteners.
5. Avoid collision during handling. When the machine is shut down and not in use, place the grinder on a special support and do not place it disorderly.
6. Use 200 hours as a maintenance period, the wear degree of parts contacting sliding parts, replace the lubricating grease of each bearing and supplement the failed fasteners.
7. During long-term storage, clean the surface of the whole machine, the rotating parts, the outer surface of the profiling wheel and the inner and outer surfaces of the guard rail wheel, and apply grease to prevent corrosion.

3、 Safety rules
1. Operators must be trained, familiar with the operating instructions, familiar with the performance and operation methods of the grinder, and understand the safety rules before they are allowed to operate.
2. Operators must be equipped with insulation protection articles.
3. Before operation, check whether the motor junction box, power plug and socket are complete and intact, whether the wiring terminal is firm and reliable, whether the wire is damaged, and whether the protective tube sheath is intact. The insulation resistance of the whole machine shall not be less than 2m Ω, and the insulation resistance between wires shall not be less than 2m Ω.
4. During grinding, pay attention to the surrounding personnel at any time to prevent personal injury caused by grinding spark splash.
5. When grinding the rail insulation joint, contact the electrical work area according to relevant regulations to prevent power connection.
6. When the machine fails or the grinding wheel needs to be replaced, it shall be carried out after the next pass.
7. After operation, clean the machines and tools and put them in a dry room to prevent electric leakage and corrosion.
8. When using the train interval to work on the line, the protection shall be set according to the provisions of "public works safety rules", and there shall be enough personnel to ensure timely evacuation from the line.
