4 after the tamping hammer works for 5 ~ 7 minutes, the coal cake in the coal loading truck has been basically in place. At this time, the limit sensor on the top of the tamping machine receives the sensing signal of the rising tamping hammer, and the feeder and tamping machine automatically stop.

5. When all the tamping hammers stop, the upper part of the tamping machine will move quickly, and the tamping hammer will rise under the drive of the eccentric wheel. (the quick flap is composed of two steel parts of about 1 / 4 circle, one on each side, which can be opened during the rising process of the tamping hammer, and when the tamping hammer is about to fall under the effect of gravity, the quick flap will move quickly.) after all the tamping hammers are in place, Active abort.
