Shenyang tamping machine is a common machine for railway official part and line renovation. In recent years, with the development of high-speed and heavy load of railway transportation, the tamping operation of subgrade is facing higher requirements, and the maintenance of tamping machine in operation is particularly important. The following describes the maintenance of the tamping machine:

1. Carefully check and maintain the equipment before and after operation according to the provisions of equipment operation procedures.

2. The surface and inside of the liquid tamping shall be clean, the oil circuit shall be unblocked, there shall be no rust and oil leakage, the copper and iron shall be clear, there shall be no "yellow robe", and the sliding surface shall be free of strain and scratch.

3. Check the fastening condition of each fastener. If it is loose, tighten it in time.

4. Check whether the weldment and bias iron are cracked and damaged. In case of cracking and damage, it shall be eliminated or replaced in time.

5. Check the tightness of the belt and replace the belt that does not meet the requirements if necessary.

6. Check whether the operation of the hand pump is normal, whether the draft plate is cracked, and whether the rail clamping jaw iron is damaged, lost and reduced.

7. Check the oil quantity of the oil storage tank and regularly replenish the required lubricating oil and grease according to the instructions.

8. Check whether the hydraulic system leaks and whether the oil cylinder is synchronized and creeping

9. Investigate the rotation, temperature rise, sound and sensation of motors and electrical appliances.

10. Check whether the safety protection device is firm and reliable.

11. If the self inspection and self repair scale is exceeded and the operator is unable to repair and resume operation, it shall be reported to the maintenance team for treatment in time.
