YQBJ-300 × Maintenance of 130 hydraulic track lifter
Maintenance and service
1. Always keep the whole machine clean and tidy. After each operation, the piston rod shall be fully retracted to prevent corrosion and bruise;
2. Regularly check the liquid level of the oil tank. If it is insufficient, replenish oil in time;
3. Regularly check the lubricating oil level of the engine. If it is insufficient, replenish oil in time;
4. When changing seasons, replace gasoline and lubricating oil grades for gasoline engine according to engine instructions;
5. Frequently check whether the hydraulic system leaks oil, and repair or replace it in time in case of oil leakage;
6. Replace the mechanical oil in the oil tank of the track lifter once a year and clean the oil tank;
7. After the track lifter is finished and off the track, it shall be covered with a rain cover.
Common faults and troubleshooting
Number | Malfunction | Possible causes | Exclusion method |
1 | Engine does not start | There is no oil in the oil tank | come on. |
The ignition circuit is switched off | Switch on the ignition circuit
The fuel switch is not in operation | Appropriate adjustment
Engine failure | Search in detail according to the instructions
2 | Oil leakage of hydraulic system | Loose connector or damaged seal | Tighten the connector or replace the seal |
Oil pipe damage | replace
The red copper pad is seriously deformed | replace
3 | Slow or blocked action of cylinder piston rod | There is air in the cylinder | Operate the reversing valve to make the oil cylinder act for 2-3 full strokes |
The hydraulic oil supply is insufficient, and there are air bubbles in the system | Check and add
The cylinder wall or piston rod of the oil cylinder is strained | Repair or replace properly
4 | The hydraulic system fails to reach the rated pressure | Loose back nut of overflow valve | Readjust and lock |
The overflow valve is blocked and cannot reach the rated pressure | Clean the built-in overflow valve on the multi-way directional valve and adjust the rated pressure to 16MPa
The gear pump is seriously worn and exceeds its service life | Replace the gear pump
The seal of hydraulic cylinder is seriously worn and has large internal leakage | Replace the cylinder seal
5 | The engine extinguished suddenly | Engine overload | The control handle of the reversing valve shall be released immediately after the oil cylinder is extended to the head or retracted to the bottom |
The oil pump is stuck or damaged | Replace or repair
6 | Cylinder piston rod extends slowly | Insufficient oil supply, belt deformation and elongation | Adjust the pulley spacing or replace the belt |
