Maintenance method of nqg-5.1 internal combustion rail cutting machine
1、 Maintenance and repair
1. If the machine is out of service for more than one month or before the first use, clean the external surface of the machine, fill lubricating grease in the lubricating parts, check the engine status and check all fastening parts to ensure that they are complete and fastened in good condition.
2. The test run shall be conducted before daily operation to observe whether there is abnormal noise or large vibration, and any abnormality shall be repaired in time.
3. Frequently check the wear degree of the saw blade. If it is found that it is seriously worn or partially damaged, it shall be replaced with a new saw blade immediately.
4. Avoid collision during use and handling. When the machine is shut down and not in use, place the rail cutter stably and do not place it disorderly.
5. Use 200 hours as a maintenance period, check the belt tension and wear degree, replace the bearing grease and replace the failed fasteners.
2、 Replacement and adjustment of V-belt
When the V-belt needs to be replaced after being used for a period of time, first loosen the lock nut on the V-belt adjusting bolt, rotate the adjusting bolt and swing the handrail to reduce the distance between the two pulleys, remove the V-belt, replace the new V-belt, swing the handrail, rotate the adjusting bolt at the same time, tighten the V-belt and adjust it to an appropriate tightness, If the V-belt is too tight, the service life of the V-belt will be shortened. If it is too loose, the saw rail will be weak. Lock the nut of the adjusting bolt after Z.
3、 Storage of saw blade
1. The storage time should not be too long, generally 10 ~ 20 days before operation.
2. During storage, pay special attention to moisture-proof treatment.
3. Placement of saw blade: it shall be placed horizontally. The large flat bottom plate under the saw blade group shall be placed horizontally with appropriate pressure on it.
4. In order to prevent accidents, it is recommended to purchase the saw blade from our factory to ensure the quality of the saw blade and the allowable safe linear speed (≥ 70m / s). Our factory is not responsible for any accident caused by the purchase of poor quality saw blades.
5. Warped and deformed saw blades shall not be used, otherwise the consequences shall be borne by yourself.
