1. Daily maintenance

1.1 daily maintenance shall be carried out by the operator before and after operation every day. The main contents are: cleaning, lubrication, fastening and adjustment.

1.2 the daily maintenance of the engine shall be carried out according to the provisions of the operation manual of the engine.

1.3 wipe the machine completely and keep it clean, so that the metal can see the luster and the paint can see the natural color.

1.4 check all fasteners to ensure they are fully fastened without looseness or loss. Otherwise, it shall be tightened and supplemented.

1.5 fill lubricating grease at lubricating parts (grinding head) as required; Keep the transmission surface free of oil dirt, bumps and rust.

1.6 check the abrasion of grinding wheel and replace it as appropriate.

1.7 check the chain tension to make it proper. Adjust the lifting lead screw to keep the lifting flexible without jamming.

1.8 check whether the transmission parts are flexible and whether the locking device is reliable.

1.9 check the protective cover of grinding wheel to ensure that the cover is intact.

2. Regular maintenance

2.1 regular maintenance shall be carried out once every six months.

2.2 regular maintenance shall be carried out jointly by the operator and full-time maintenance personnel.

2.3 the regular maintenance of the engine shall be carried out according to the provisions of the gasoline engine operation manual.

2.4 complete all contents of daily maintenance.

2.5 check all drives and replace them as appropriate.

2.6 check whether the grinding wheel and running wheel are intact and replace them as appropriate.

2.7 check the frame for weld cracking and deformation, and repair it.
