Abrasive Rail Cutter is suitable for cutting upto 60 Kg. 110 uts Rails. the machine has features of fast cutting speed, high utilization rate of cutting discs, high quality of cutting profile, convenient operation, easy motion and safe use. the machine comprises of petrol driven engine, integrated with a cutting unit fitted with an abrasive disc.

Guidelines for operations & precautions

Check for loose bolts, nuts, screws etc. Tighten if necessary.

Check fuel and engine oil.

Visually check for cracks or other damages in cutting disc.

Fix the cutting disc.

Fix the clamp and marker to the rail sentio to be cut.

Couple together the clamp and main frame and fix handel.

Check the contact surfaces of cutter disc and ensure that flanges are flat and free of goregin material.

Start the engine and usually cut the top of rail first than waist of rail and than cut the bottom of rail lastly.

The operator shall be fully conversant with the use of the machine.

The operator shall read and understand the safety precautions.

The operator shall war safety clothing, shoes and goggles before starting the machine.

The machine shall be handled caregully to avoid any physical damages. It shall not rest on the cutting wheel during idle period, which cause breakage of the cutting disc / wheel. The abrasive rail cutting machine shall be stored in a boxor carton at a dry place. The machine shall not be transported while the cutting disc is mjounted on it. Fuel tank shallbe empty while transporting from one place to another place.
