1. Preparation before operation: add enough No. 46 hydraulic oil according to the oil mark, and add fuel and special engine oil according to the operation manual of gasoline engine; Use a 500 megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance between the frame and the rail, the rail hook and the frame, and the value shall not be less than 2 megohm. Check whether the whole machine is in good condition. Start the gasoline engine and run it for 5 minutes. Each part acts no-load for 2 ~ 3 times. If there is no problem, you can go on the road.

2. Upper channel: operate the directional valve to retract the piston rod of each working cylinder. Insert the lower long pipe into the lower track frame, place it on the steel rail, push the upper track of the machine, drop the lower running wheel, raise the machine, pull the lower track frame, take out the long pipe, and then move the running wheel to lower the machine in place.

3. Lifting operation: first check whether the pull rod connecting the two lifting cylinders is firmly connected, and operate the travel handle of the directional valve to lower the machine. Then operate the rail hook handle of the reversing valve, and the rail hook oil cylinder acts to hook the double rails. Operate the reversing valve and extend the piston rod of the lifting cylinder to lift the track. When lifting, the piston rods of two lifting cylinders shall be extended, and the extension shall be controlled as much as possible to be coordinated to ensure that the machine is in a balanced state; After track lifting, retract the piston rod, lift the machine, push it to the next working place and repeat track lifting operation.

4. Track shifting operation: first remove the connecting bolt connecting the pull rod of the track lifting cylinder to separate the upper ends of the two track lifting cylinders. First operate the travel handle of the directional valve to lower the machine, and then operate the rail hook handle of the multi-channel directional valve to hook the two rails to the rail. Then open the needle valve controlled by the cylinder to be tilted (the stainless steel valve in front of the operator), and then tilt one lifting cylinder to a certain angle through the tilt cylinder, and the other lifting cylinder is vertical. Loosen the control valve rod of the tilt oil cylinder, lock the needle valve, operate the track lifting control handle rod of the multi-channel directional valve to extend the piston rod. When the foot base plate contacts the track bed, the piston rod of the main oil cylinder realizes the working condition, so as to make the track row move laterally to realize track shifting operation. After track shifting, retract the track lifting piston rod, open the corresponding needle valve, operate the tilt handle of the reversing valve to make the tilt cylinder vertical, close the needle valve and install the connecting rod.

5. Next track: its operation process is opposite to that of last track.

matters needing attention:

1. During track lifting, the two track lifting cylinders must be vertical. Firmly connect the pull rod and keep the two feet away from the sleeper, otherwise the machine may be damaged. Observe at any time and try to control the extension of the cylinder piston rod as much as possible to ensure that the machine is in a balanced state.

2. One of the two needle valves is opened during track shifting. After the lifting cylinder tilts in place, the tilt cylinder must be in the swimming state (i.e. the reversing control lever is in the middle position), otherwise the machine will be damaged.

3. The pressure of the oil pressure system has been set and can not be increased at will (greater than 18Mpa).

4. The machine is equipped with an emergency unloading device. In case of machine failure, loosen the two emergency unloading valves directly under the operator and use external force to disconnect the rail hook from the rail. At this time, the whole machine can be off the track to ensure the normal operation of the train.

5. After getting off the track, install the small hook on the lower track frame (at the bottom of the hook rail) to ensure that the machines and tools are placed reliably.
